Studio Classes Terms & Conditions
Please read through the terms and conditions on our website thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a student of Form Studio, you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on the Form Studio website.
While we endeavour to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
Teachers are subject to change without notice.
Form Studio is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
Late entry after the start of class time will not be permitted.
Form Studio is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
You will follow all instructions given by Form Studio teachers and you acknowledge that any failure by you to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.
Form Studio is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our studio.
Class cancellations can be made via the BSport app up to 24 hours prior to the class without penalty.
Class cancellations within a 23 hour window will result in forfeiting the class if you have session packages
Form Studio has the right to refuse entry at anytime.
Bookings are to be made via the app or website widget.
Payment needs to be made upon booking. To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking.
You have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all Reformer Pilates and Pilates exercises.
I understand that classes at Form Studio may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.
By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Swiss Franc (CHF) and all transactions are processed in Swiss Franc (CHF)
All prices are correct at the time of online publication.
All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors without notice.
Form Studio does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on services, workshops or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.
Packages & Sessions
Form Studio does not offer refunds or credits on sessions for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.
If you cannot attend, you may not transfer your session/class booking to someone else.
Payment needs to be made upon booking.
Any no show or absence will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked class/session you will be charged.

Class/Session Passes & Packages
First timer 2 for 1 and single class/session packages are valid 1 month after purchasing
5 class/session packages are valid 2 months after purchasing
10 class/session packages are valid 4 months after purchasing
20 class/session packages are valid 6 months after purchasing
- 50 class/session packages are valid 12 months after purchasing
- Passes cannot be shared. Anyone found to be sharing their pass will be denied entry and have their pass or package cancelled.
- Any non-cancellations, no shows or absences will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 23 hours of class start time, you will be charged for the class.
- The class passes and packages exclude attendance at guest teachers’ classes and workshops.
- Form Studio does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on services, packages or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.
- By booking into a class you automatically accept and agree to the above terms of use (terms & conditions).
