Form’s Level 2 Mat Pilates Sculpt class takes your workout to the next level with quicker transitions and a faster-paced flow, designed to elevate your heart rate while building strength, endurance, and mobility.
You’ll use heavier weights to intensify each movement, challenging your muscles and enhancing muscle engagement throughout the class. Functional, flowing transitions connect each exercise seamlessly, ensuring you stay focused and maintain proper form as you move through a variety of dynamic exercises.
